Shipping policy

 EXPRESS SHIPPING VIA AUPOST

Delivery 1-5 business days, AU, except WA/NT/TAS.

Cut off to all orders will be Sunday 1200 or Monday 1200 so outbound postage occurs every Monday and Thursday, allowing plants to be delivered the week they are sent.

Shipping cost is weight based and will automatically calculate at check out.

Plants will be shipped in their pots to avoid stress to plants. 

We endeavor to package plants to best avoid in transit damage, taking care to secure plants and wrap to avoid loss of any planting medium.

We use zip ties to hold the plants securely, and pack/seal the pot tops with packing/tape to ensure the soil stays in the pot.

DELIVERY WITHIN BENDIGO AND AXEDALE
Door to Door delivery service will continue to only be offered to buyers residing up to 30km from our location. Post Code 3550, 3551, 3555 & 3556

Door to Door delivery is offered for sales above $50 minimum, a delivery fee of $10 per order. Free local delivery for order over $100.
Delivery date / time will be by mutual agreement.

Delivery will be completed within 2-3 days from date of purchase.

CLICK and COLLECT
Click and collect is available to all customers especially those living outside Bendigo region. Collection will be made at the store during trading hours or as otherwise agreed. Failure to collect within two weeks from purchase, we will cancel the order and refund payment.
