REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with the plants we have supplied please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. Over this period we will no longer issue a refund.
You will NOT be entitled to refund anything simply because you changed your mind and you don't like the plant. Please read description thoroughly, we will leave a note if plant/s have minor damage and once you proceed to checkout, you agreed to purchase the plant in that condition. If you want to return plant/s, you will have pay for the return postage.
If you're returning an item because it's the wrong plant/s or doesn't match the description, we will reimburse you the cost of return postage. But initial postage will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your plant/s or item must be in the same condition as when purchased. Return shipping You can always contact us for any return question at sugarloafgreenery@yahoo.com we seek to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our plants.
TRANSIT DAMAGE MAY OCCUR, THIS INCLUDE LEAF FALL AND/OR DAMAGE. SUGARLOAF GREENERY DOES NOT TAKE RESPOSIBILITY FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE. PLEASE LODGE A CLAIM TO AUPOST.
Once your order has been shipped and in case of DELAYED or LOST parcel, you have to dealt it directly with Australia Post since it is no longer in our control.
Exchanges
We can exchange plants for valid reasons, again, as sold return condition is required to facilitate an exchange.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved monies will be returned to payment source used for purchase.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund into your account, this can take up to 5 business days.
